We are a friendly and family oriented school dedicated to improve your child’s character and attitude. We focus on teaching Jiu-jitsu, Judo and Anti-Bullying Self-Defense to develop the child’s physical fitness, self-esteem, discipline, confidence, respect, focus, social skills, responsibility, good habits, teamwork and friendship. ADULTS AND TEENS MARTIAL ARTS
Our Adult and Teens Program consists of teaching the traditional Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Judo and Self-Defense. You will get in shape, improve your health, your cardiovascular endurance, your strength, flexibility, mobility, agility, balance, inner peace and the ability to defend yourself.

FITNESS CONDITIONING
If you are interested on improving your overall fitness level without the practice of martial arts our fitness training is right for you. Our head instructors have over 20 years experience on Physical Training. Our functional training will improve your cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, balance and make you overall healthier.

If you prefer to use kicks and punches instead of grappling we can also help you improve your kickboxing skills. This program will teach you basic punches and kicks and improve your cardiovascular endurance, agility, speed, reflexes, reaction time, strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, coordination and overall fitness condition.
